What a beautiful story. I so enjoyed reading it and can’t wait to read more stories. This one hit home, because of things I’m going through and my love of dogs. Not long after my divorce, my 15 year old Bassett hound passed away. I don’t know if he grieved himself to death, since he was our family dog or just old. One thing about it, people will come and go, but our dogs never leave us and are always glad to see us.
